Course Method
Students are guided in their practice of reflexivity. We propose to use the frame of the “Experiential learning” cycle of Kolb (1984)[1] (see figure below):

start from experience;

analyse context, success and failures;

devise concepts and elements that can be useful to ...

actively experiment in new situation. All this in relation with the cursus Eco-Engineering.
For example, a student used the cycle to identify a future job domain and working environment: Which values he prefered? Technical skills? Close to nature? Interacting with people? Ethics?
